Health

Your financial-health score and the coach that writes your plan.

Health turns your workspace into a single score, explains every point of it, and, if you ask, writes a plan to improve it.

The score

A number from 0 to 100 with a letter grade, from six weighted checks:

CheckWeightLooks at
Emergency fund20Months of spending covered by cash
Cash flow20Income against spending, and your savings rate
Debt20Card balances against monthly spending, and debt against what you own
Investing & retirement20Retirement accounts, HSA, and how much of your wealth is invested
Cash efficiency10Idle checking cash, deposits above the insurance limit, and fees paid
Data quality10Broken connections, stale manual balances, accounts without a kind

Grades: A 85 and up, B 70, C 55, D 40, F below that.

A check that has nothing to measure yet (no transactions, for example) is left out and the score is scaled to what could be measured. Each check lists its findings in plain language with the numbers behind them, and the ones that would move the score most are collected under What to fix first.

The coach

Write my plan sends a de-identified summary of the assessment to an AI model (Claude, run by Moola) and gets back up to six prioritized recommendations. Each has:

  • the steps to take,
  • a recurring automation to set up so it stays done,
  • the dollar impact, where it can be shown,
  • the rules it relied on.

The coach never sees account names, institution names, or account numbers. It sees category totals, ratios, and kinds.

Reports are saved to your workspace and are only rewritten when the numbers change materially, so coming back the next day shows the same plan. Mark an item done or dismiss it; both are remembered.

The rulebook

The coach and the checks lean on a dated rulebook of current-year figures: 401(k), IRA, and HSA limits, Roth phase-outs, FDIC and SIPC coverage, and typical high-yield savings rates. Each rule carries its source. You can read the rulebook from the Health page, and connected assistants can fetch it with a tool.

Planned actions

Recommendations can become planned actions with a due date and a status, either from the Health page or from a connected assistant. They show on the Health page until done.
